The undersigned certifies that the above information is true and correct, and authorizes Versa Press, Inc. to investigate the references listed above for the purpose of obtaining credit. The undersigned agrees to pay all invoices when due according to the terms of sale on each invoice; that all past due invoices are subject to a finance fee not greater than the maximum rate of interest allowed by law; and to pay all collection fees, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred by the seller to effect recovery of sums due from the applicant company in the event of non-payment.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Versa shall retain title on any goods produced until customer pays the invoice price for such goods in full, and that, as further security for payments of any sum due or to become due by customer to Versa, Versa shall have the right to retain possession of, and have a lien on, all customer property in ’s possession, including work in process, finished work, and customer-furnished materials. The person executing this agreement has authority to bind the customer to enter into the credit application terms and conditions.
